Advice, Action and Empower is a specialised service exclusively for residents within the CV34 area, dedicated to helping individuals and families become more independent and financially stable. This project is designed for those facing challenges due to mild to moderate mental health issues, physical disabilities or illnesses, vulnerabilities and the elderly.

The main areas of support this project provides include:

• Managing household budgets
• Dealing with debts
• Reducing gas, electricity, and water bills
• Claiming benefits
• Navigating health, social, and home care services

Our advisors provide a tailored package of advice and develop an individual action plan, working closely with each person to offer continuous support until they are ready to move forward independently. Upon completing the program, participants receive exit advice and if necessary, access additional assistance from partner agencies or service providers to ensure ongoing support and stability.
