Housing Support

Support agencies offering housing support to enable people to maintain their tenancies:

P3 Warwickshire: A county-wide, bespoke floating support service is for adults over the age of 25 who need support to manage and maintain their accommodation if it is at risk, enabling clients to tackle the reasons they are struggling to maintain their property, or to tackle homelessness and support homelessness applications.

Together Your Way (Warwickshire): specialist housing support for those with mental health issues to maintain their tenancies and stay in their homes.

Homelessness Support

Local charities helping people who are homeless or rough sleeping. There are many other hostels and additional support services but these are normally best accessed through referral/signposting from one of the contacts below:

Warwick and Leamington

ESH : Support with addiction such as alcohol and drugs; offering peer and family support

Helping Hands Community Project : food, furniture, clothes, sleeping bag, nurse, toiletries, rucksacks and referrals.

Leamington Night Shelter providing evening meal and shelter (currently closed due to COVID): see also...

Leamington Winter Support offering evening meal and shelter in large room on Friday 8:15pm-9:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 7:30pm-9:00pm at St John’s Church, Tachbrook Street.

The Way Ahead Project offering housing options, benefits/work advice, breakfast, laundry, shower, computers, food vouchers, addiction support, activities, sleeping bags and referrals.
