Universal Credit

Universal Credit is gradually being rolled out across the UK and will eventually replace all of the following benefits for people of working age:

  • Income-based Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Income Support
  • Tax Credits
  • Housing Benefit

Depending on where you live in South Warwickshire, you may need to make a claim for Universal Credit instead of the benefits listed above.

Speak to someone face to face

If making a claim online or by phone doesn’t suit you, perhaps because of IT literacy, or a disability, then you can access our face to face service by calling the telephone claim line above or by dropping in at either your Local Job Centre or Citizens Advice South Warwickshire office.
