The Community Pantry, situated in Pound Lane, Lillington and welcomes local residents and those from surrounding areas to its bustling and lively space.
Open every Thursday and Friday from 11am to 3pm, the Community Pantry stands as a beacon of support for individuals who find themselves struggling to make ends meet, offering accessible and affordable food items alongside other essential necessities. For a nominal one-time membership fee, residents can gain access to the pantry once a week, with a small charge of £5.00. Additionally, there's a modest fee for toiletries, ensuring that essentials remain within reach for all members.
Beyond providing groceries, the pantry serves as a hub for comprehensive support services and our dedicated advisors who are located at the pantry, are readily available to assist with various issues, including:
- Managing household budgets
- Dealing with debts
- Reducing gas, electricity, and water bills
- Claiming benefits
- Navigating Housing issues
- Enhancing job prospects
- Access to additional support services
Whether you're looking for practical advice or guidance on navigating complex systems, our advisors are here to lend a helping hand.
