Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Citizens Advice South Warwickshire (a company limited by Guarantee) will be held on Thursday 5 December 2024 at 09.15  for the following purposes:

 

Ordinary Business

1. To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and Trustees and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024, together with the Independent Examiners’ Report. 
2. To appoint Burgis and Bullock as the Independent Examiners and to authorise the Trustees to fix their remuneration.  
3. Election of Trustees.
