Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Citizens Advice South Warwickshire (a company limited by Guarantee) will be held on Thursday 12th November 2026 at 10.30am at Stratford Town Trust Community Hub, Venture House, Avenue Farm, Birmingham Road, Stratford Upon Avon CV37 0HR, for the following purposes:

Ordinary Business

To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and Trustees and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, together with the Independent Examiners’ Report.
To re-appoint the approved Auditors
To re-elect certain Trustees

Special Business

There is no Special Business.
