- CASW Impact Report 2024-25: newly published
17 November 2025
Citizens Advice South Warwickshire recently published it’s ‘Impact Report 2024-25’. This is a comprehensive review of the work of CASW describing its service delivery and its impact in the community.
The report can be found here.
CASW, a volunteer driven community led independent charity provides information advice and guidance that is free, impartial, independent and confidential. It serves residents of both Stratford and Warwick Districts, reaching out into rural and semi-rural areas through its outreach services and the countywide telephony advice service it shares with other Citizens Advice offices across the county.
Using a multi-channel communications model it reaches those in the community struggling with benefits, debts, housing and employment issues in-person, by phone and through email.
As well as delivering advice services of high quality (independently assessed), it also uses the information provided by service users to try to positively influence public policy design and delivery through regular contact with local, regional and national decision-makers.
None of this work can be achieved without the material support of partners and many funders. We thank them all for their support, as we thank our volunteers for the time and effort they give this community service; from the community for the community.
End.
