Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Citizens Advice South Warwickshire (a company limited by Guarantee) will be held on Thursday 13th November 2025 at 10.30am at Stratford Town Trust Community Hub, Venture House, Avenue Farm, Birmingham Road, Stratford Upon Avon CV37 0HR, for the following purposes:

1. To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and Trustees and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025, together with the Independent Examiners’ Report

2. To appoint Independent Examiners.
